A lot of charities have asked us not to include Gift Aid in our page totals, because it gives a false impression of how much you've raised in donations.

Most charities don't include Gift Aid in their fundraising totals when they come to do their accounts. If a charity has asked you to raise a set amount, including Gift Aid might mean you haven't raised as much as you needed to.
