We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

My personal message:

Hello!!

For those of you who know me well, you're likely to have just fallen off your seat!!  But yes, I am going to run 10k (well as much of it as I can!) for Cancer Research UK.

This charity is very close to my heart as I'm sure it is for many of you so please give as much you can, even if it is only a pound or two... every penny counts and makes a huge difference!
