Well, I've done the 5k Race for Life twice, that's a photo of me & Bethan beforehand (Rhi did it in 2009)

The Run 10k races do not allow under 16's to take part , both girls are naturally devastated (NOT!!) so I'll just have my ipod for company.

I've heard various reports of the Tatton Park course, some say it's hellishly hilly others say it's flattish - I think in this case ignorance is the best option

I, as ever, have a training plan so I can actually run this race . My only wish is that I don't come last.
