Hi all! Thanks for visiting my page.

So myself and some colleagues from Epiphany Solutions are running the 10k run in October.... Ben's birthday in fact.

It's in aid of cancer research which is a charity very close to my heart. I'd really appreciate your help and support in raising as much money as possible, so please sponser me by giving as much or as little as you can.

My aim is o complete it in under 50 minutes..... training has just commenced!
