My personal message:

I'm doing the unthinkable...running a 10K!! After last year's amazing response to my then-unthinkable 5K, I've decided to set a new challenge of an extra 5Ks! I've actually got a proper training plan and I've been following it--training 4 times a week!! So, I'm taking it seriously! My goal is to complete it in under an hour and I know I can do it!

I raised a whopping £505 last year for Prostate Cancer Research and this year I'm raising for Cancer Research UK and I've halfed my goal because I thought you all might be sick of me.  But, I believe we can double last year's amount because, let's face it, you should all be making more money this year!!!

End your money troubles of the past few years by giving it all away to charity!
