Our personal message:

We will be doing a 10k run in Sutton Coldfield park on the 13th of September 2009 to raise money for Cancer Research UK - in memory of Denise Blake and Vera Gorman. If just 30 people donate £10 each (that's 3 pints of beer) we will have reached our target of £300... so dig deep and think about the potential lives you could be saving.
