As you can see I am doing a 10k run for cancer research in October and would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me.
You can use this site to make your donation and it doesn't matter how large or small your donation is as every penny raised goes to helping save lives and to help beat cancer. The race is on the 19th October at Weston Park in Staffordshire at 11 am (you are more than welcome to come and cheer me on should you feel the need!). The description is an undulating course through the beautiful grounds of Capability Brown with a VERY steep hill ? nothing quite like a challenge ha ha and on that note I am aiming to complete the race in under the hour, which is quite a statement as I have not seriously ran for about 8 months!!
