My personal message:

im doing this race for a number of reasons, a challenge has been set to complete the race in a certain time, so im working hard to get as close as i can to 36 mins!!! and also i want to achieve as much sponsorship money as i can for this amazing cause, most people have a story to tell about how cancer in some shape or form has effected their lives, im no different, so if you could spare a few quid for the cause that would be fab!!
