Our personal message:

Jane and I are signing ourselves up for more pain - with a 5k under our belts, we thought we'd try for a 10k. Probably a huge error, but if I don't have something to train for I'll just sit on my expanding backside and turn into the E3 Bus to Chiswick. It's not just about fitness though.

We're all touched by Cancer at some point in our lives, whether it's ourselves, a relative or a friend. So dig deep folks and your cash could help with the crucial research that saves lives.
