My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I would like to let you all know i am a very keen supporter of any charity, but specially to those supporting cancer research, and care for those who have suffered or suffer.

I am running in name of my Grandad, our family friend Ian Graham and other friends of mine who have been effected by cancer.

Please give generously as its all for a good cause, plus its going to be funny watching me attempt to run 10k :D
