My personal message:

Hi

Do not be alarmed, this is not a sing-a-thon!

Instead, Em and I will be running 10k in Cambridge on Sunday 17th October to raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK.

I think mum would have been more proud of this than our singing skills (mum is on the left of the photo, hailing a taxi I think....) She is sorely missed by everyone who knew her.
