I have decided to up my distance slowly and so my next challenge was to complete a 10k race. I have been training really hard so hope that it won't be too hard.

I know that a lot of people do these races but it is for such an important cause and this is a charity very close to my heart so if you can spare a couple of pounds I would really appreciate it.
