We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Ok, so to those who know me well, physical exercise has always been rather off-limits to me, and this run while not being quite a full or half marathon is still going to be quite the challenge!
And true to form, I've been rather slack so now only have one week left in which to ask for kind donations - I'm not asking for the world though, every little helps and will be appreciated.
