My personal message:

Hello all,

On 3rd October 2010, I will be running 10km at Heaton Park to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of both my Dad and Uncle who I sadly both lost due to Cancer. I'm not really one for running!! However, with the money going to such a great cause, it feels more than worthwhile! Therefore, if you would like to support the cause, please sponser me in the form of a donation to help progress research in the Cancer field.
