Thank you everyone that has sponsored me already - I made my £100 target in one afternoon and now just re-set it to £300 - I am overwhelmed with your generosity - thank you so much!! Keep it coming.....

I am running the Cancer Research 10k next Sunday (27th Sept) at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire along with my loyal running partner Caroline and we have twisted her sister Lucy's arm to join us too

We are hoping to beat our best time and get in just under an hour - I know to some of you that may seem slow but honestly that's great for us!. Lucy only started running in January this year and has done really well - we are determined that she will not beat us although she was born in the 80's so lets face it its likely! 

So its not only for the challenge but for a great charity too - this year 2 people very close to me have had cancer - and I am delighted to say they are both doing very well - so I really hope that you can dig deep and donate a few quid to an amazing and worthwhile charity - although please do not feel obliged.
