We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Hello and thanks for stopping by my fund raising page.
I don?t know anyone directly who has cancer (except my Granddad who died of it when I was young) but I would REALLY love to stop smoking properly so I don?t get it myself and this why I have chosen to run 10k for Cancer Research UK.
I only have just over 2 months to train and as it stands now I can?t seem to get past the 5k mark so this will be a big challenge for me.
I would love to raise over £500 for charity and the more money you can put in the guiltier I will feel if fancied a cigarette after taking your donations.
If you would like to see me crawl over the finish line (I will finish whatever it takes!!!) the race is taking place on Sunday 13th September at Crystal Palace Stadium.
