Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!!

I haven't got a picture of me in my natty running gear for this page (and believe me... 'tis very natty!), so instead I have added one of me looking very serious riding that rodeo bull ALL THE WAY HOME! (Well for 28 seconds at least... harder than it looks!) Anyway, I figured the look on my face can give you some idea of how seriously I take this charity and hence the run I am doing for them.

Cancer has touched my family all too often and still lingers in the air even now, so if I can do my little bit to help riase some cash fpr these guys, then by god I shall try!
