My personal message:

Hello everyone! I will be running some 10K races this year for Cancer Research UK:

Belvedere 10K Burton on Trent - Sunday 30 August - Completed - new pb despite nasty hill things.

Lichfield 10K - Sunday 6 September - Completed, hard work but not sure why. 10 mins quicker than last year.

Sutton Park Cancer Research Run 10K event - Sunday 13 September - Completed - very good atmosphere and beat my pb by 4 minutes. Almost expired on hill approaching finish and had to have a lie down after.

Kedleston Hall Cancer Research Run 10K event - Sunday 27 September Got around despite steep hills, long grass and unseasonable heat and beat last year's time by 8 mins. Must have walked it last year!

Birmingham Half Marathon - Sunday 11 October - Completed - fantastic day despite the rain. Shook the hand of the superb Dame Kelly Holmes!

Weston Park Cancer Research Run 10K event - Sunday 18 October
