We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

As you may know a member of my family has recently been diagnosed with Cancer, this is my chance to try and raise funds for the people that are making life easier for the whole family. I would like to say Thanks to the local Scunthorpe and Grimsby hospitals that have already done a fantastic job.

As i'm not exactly the most fittest person, running a 10k will also be a personal challenge for myself and i'm training hard to make sure the run is completed and done in a decent time. Who knows...it may be the start of many!

So please sponsor me and give any amount to a worthy charity, every pound is a step closer to the personal target.
