Hi All,

Ok, I know what you may be thinking, Liam run, never.

My thoughts exactly so I will be jogging as I am no runner, this is a fun run event for me and a good way to collect for a great cause. I have not run at any time since the age of 18 until last year in Oz when I entered a 5k run with Catherine, what an eye opener!! Recently I have lost a few friends to illness, two from heart problems, both my age and this got me to thinking, I need to put a little back. So after a little thought I decided to enter this 10k run. We all know of someone, family or friends who have been affected by cancer, I certainly have, close family and at present the daughter of a friend of mine. 

If you would like to see an aging,knackered breathless Liam fall over the line please come along and watch.
