After years of Ruth running the 5k Cancer Research race for life and Linden standing on the side line with a bottle of water and camera to take the embarrasing red faced post running photo's we've decided to do the whopping 10K run together for this great cause.

It's such an amazing event raising so much for Cancer Research .

I am sure that many of you, similar to ourselves; know someone who has been affected by Cancer. Digging out the running shoes and sweating the huge 10k in the name of raising money for charity is what this event is all about. 

If you could come along for some morale support that would be fantastic...we'll running around Hampton Court Palace and the surrounding areas...and definiately going for a beer nearby afterwards!

If you can't make it than the very least you can do as our friends and family is sponsor us online........remember that the government donates 25% of whatever you sponsor too from taxpayers money (finally something good coming out of all those taxes we pay!)
