We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Running this 10k will be a real achievement for me as I am currently very unfit.  Weighing in at 17 1/2 stone I will need to get down to 15 stone by the end of the year.  Having the 10k in the middle is a great target for me to eat better and start to get fitter...and its a really great cause!

So sponsor me below and add a witty comment (the more insulting the better) as I want to prove everyone wrong...and get over the finish line.
