My personal message:

Hello Everybody!

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

This time it feels more personal for both of us.  Many of you will know Lucy's mum has been ill with cancer this year, but is doing really well and we're confident she'll 100% really soon.

Also both John's cousin Karen and family friend Dave have been affected by cancer this year, making this run personal for us both.

All donations are gratefully received, so pledge away!
