Steph and I had a rather hairbrained idea that we should start running and maybe even attempt a half marathon next year. Of course, you should never jump straight in without training, so here we are... Cardiff 10k.  On the up side, at least I know it's flat - Steph would have happily gone for Ashton Court (many many evil hills).

Anyway, on to the serious stuff, we all know someone who has had cancer, maybe they're battling with it, maybe they won, and sadly maybe some are no longer with us.  This is a fantastic cause, so please sponsor me!
