My personal message:

Thanks for having a look at my fundraising page....

I have decided to push myself in memory of all the loved ones i have lost and remember them by raising some money for the cause. I know it will take me some training but i recently lost my Uncle and wanted to do something in his memory, as well as others i have lost before.

Please give anything you can as it's such a good cause - if not it's fun just to pay to watch me sweat like a pig!
