Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Two friends have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and in a bid to raise money towards beating cancer, I have decided to do my biggest (almost only) run since the marathon in 2006.

It's a big ask but your sponsorship can help find a cure for numerous types of cancer and really means a lot to those affected and those whom we remember who sadly can't fight for the cause themselves.
