Yea its me again. I'm back from the Army for a bit and will be competing in a 10k charity run over at Finsbury Park on 21/09/2008 in memory of Mr John Latham, my Nan's beloved husband, who unfortunately died of cancer on the 6th May 2008.

As a member of the Parachute Regiment, I will be attempting to smash the majority of running times this year with my own. I'm even hoping to possibly attract a small amount of media attention with my run-time to further promote how the rest of the world view this form of charity sponsorship towards Cancer Research. I will also be competing with a few friends of mine from the Royal Marines who are also working in conjuncion with me to fundraise.

All I ask is that you consider sponsoring me a small amount for this effort in condolence to my cause.
