To All My Friends and Family. Two years ago i did this 10K run to raise some money for Cancer Research and decided to once again do it this year!! This time round im gonna work harder to get fit for this as nearly passed out last time :-) . Please sponsor me whatever you can give even if its only a £1. i know times are hard at present but whatever you have spare would be great.
