Our personal message:

It is not often we all do something like this for someone else. If you can spare a small donation of any kind it will go a long way.

We will be plodding round the 10K course at Powderham Castle on Julia's birthday...never let it be said she doesn't get all the best days out so make it something special and make a donation.

We would also appreciate no smart or clever comments about being too old or too unfit or that Julia if fitter than me...we all know this.
