Hi all

As you all may know unfortunately my uncle Jim Burridge died this july from cancer  it was tragic and we all miss him very much, he was taken away from us at the young age of 46!!

I have decided to do a 10k run and a 150 ft abseil  to raise as much money for cancer reseach and saint francis hospice that hopefully will go to help others that have been affected by this horrible disease, and hopefully the money will go to finding a cure so others dont have to go through what we all have done.

I am doing the 150ft abseil down the ymca building in romford for saint francis hospice as i know this is a charity that the burridge family wanted donations to.

Please give as much as you can and pass the word to all your friends and family and anyone that was luckily enough to have known Uncle Jim.

You can either donate straight away online which will go directly to cancer research or you can send cheques to me and i will either transfer accordingly or you can give cash and then ill put it in the cancer reseach fund or the st francis hospice, or if u have a specific one you would rather then say on the cheque or cash.
