Hey Everyone

Me and some guys for work have signed up to do a 10Km race at Leeds Castle and i want to raise at least £100 so can you all please dig deep and sponsor me as much (...or as little) as you can.

If your any thing like me you probably dont help out charities as much as you should so this is your chance to be helpful to those who need it and make me suffer in the process
