This is a cause very close to mine and my family's heart, as it is for so many people. Too many people.

Having survived "running" 10K last year on the hottest September day since time began, I thought I'd give it another go and see if I could complete the run again and this time be able to walk the following day.

Anyone who knows me will realise that 10K isn't going to be easy for me to do - just think how much easier it is to sit at your computer and just reach and stretch for your credit card. There - that wasn't too taxing!

Every little bit adds up, so pleae give a little and think of the research you are helping to fund. That little bit of money will help.
