We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

On Sunday 13th September we will all be running 10k to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. We've all got different targets for times and speeds, and some of us are training in different parts of the country, but if you'd like to come and watch/cheer/point and laugh at us puffing round the course in September then do, it'd be grand to see you. In the mean time, please sponsor us! It's a very good cause and you can feel the warm glow of having done something good while we put in the hours pounding the pavement.
