My personal message:

I never thought I'd say this but I'm doing a 10K run this October! It's partly an attempt to get fit now I'm getting on a bit, but also this year my mum has been affected by cancer and so my brother Blue and I thought we'd both do this for Cancer Research. So if you would like to sponsor me I'd be really grateful for any donation, no matter how small, as every penny counts. If you would like to sponsor me then donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cancer Research UK gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
