I made a donation but ticked the wrong box so Gift Aid wasn't added. What should I do?

Your donation won't have had Gift Aid added if you told us that:

1. the donation was on behalf of someone else or a group of people
2. the donation was on behalf of a company
3. you were sponsoring a family member or friend doing an overseas event
4. the donation was made in return for goods, rights or services

Here's why.

If you're a UK taxpayer donating with your own money and you ticked the wrong box by mistake, contact our helpdesk and ask us to refund your donation so that you can donate again and make sure Gift Aid is added.
