My card has been rejected - how can I donate again?
We process donations in real time. This means that your card details are checked 'live' and if your bank doesn't authorise your card, we can't process your donation.
If you've had an email from us letting you know that your bank didn't authorise your card, please check your card details very carefully, including the 3-digit code on the back, and try donating again. You can also try using another card.
If you're using a Visa Delta card, please make sure you select the card type 'VISA Delta'.
