I've built a page for the wrong charity ? what should I do now?

Please cancel your fundraising page as soon as you can, to stop donations coming in.

1. Click on Your Account
2. Enter your email address and password then click on Continue using our secure server
3. Click on Your fundraising pages
4. Click on Go next to the page you want to cancel
5. Scroll down and click on Cancel this page
6. Go to www.justgiving.com and click on Start fundraising to build a new page

But I?ve already collected donations through the page?

We can't refund donations made to your fundraising page because they are processed immediately and paid promptly to your charity. It's what makes Justgiving so efficient!

We process refunds only in exceptional circumstances, with the charity's written approval.
