On Sunday the 7th September, I'm running a 10k at Alnwick Castle to raise money for Cancer Research. run10ksponsorme.org/susiewalker

A very good friend of ours is battling with Leukaemia and undergoing intensive treatment now, so its the least I can do!

As you all know, its very easy to do - the sponsoring, that is!! The run, well I'll tell you about that afterwards.
