My story

Hey guys, along with my weight loss I also wanted to start doing sponsored runs for charity so here is the first of many! 10k run with my friend Richard for Cancer Research, people that see my facebook will know that I've been doing a lot to change my body but this is also to change me as a person! So please please get involved and dontate, I'm not asking for that much and 20 odd people donating some change can make me reach my target :] thanks in advance guys!
