Do you know what the cost of processing 17,000 sponsorship forms is? And getting Gift Aid back? And keeping on top of the latest social media gizmos? There’s no point in JustGiving not charging fees if they can’t offer what we need this year, and the year after that

Our fee

It’s completely free to fundraise for, or donate to, a charity through JustGiving. We charge charities £15 per month, plus a small 5% fee on each donation, including Gift Aid, made through our site. We then reinvest these fees back into making JustGiving better.

This investment is why we’re able to not only reclaim Gift Aid (which adds an extra 25% to eligible gifts) for our charities – but to get that to them faster than anyone else.

It’s why you can donate using PayPal on JustGiving.

It’s why we’re able to maintain and support the world’s largest online fundraising community. And why, even at the peak fundraising times of the year, our system won’t break down on you.

It’s why we’re able to continually stream out new tools, like the iPhone app, to help you raise more, faster.

It's how we keep building the next generation of online fundraising tools. We do that, so you don’t have to. And it’s why you can completely trust that we will never sell or share your data, or your friends’, with anyone. Ever. We’re not in the advertising business. We’re here for one thing: to help you raise more for charity.
